Good location,comfortable rooms but not clean enough.

The view from the hotel to the sea is fantastic and they have shuttle buses to run people from the hotel to Sorrento

I could not believe that a four star hotel did not have an iron and the only laundry facilities are external which made it difficult for me as I was in Massa Luberense to attend a wedding and my dress had creased during my journey. Also, the hair drier in my room didn't work!

Wonderful hotel with nicely decorated and brand-new rooms and a separate bathroom. Wonderful views of sea, best staff. Location close to the outdoor restaurant watching the most incredible sunsets and all the main attractions like Capri, Pompeii, Possitano and the Amalfi coast. Nearby Sky Lounge Cielo - great place to chill out. Great and fantastic food, attentive service...

The room is nice, with an open shower. The beach club is relaxing, with a great pool and sea access. The sunset views are incredible. The poolside food has lots of options and the evening restaurant is good. Transportation options include a shuttle bus and taxis.

Spotless hotel and lovely restaurant. Big rooms with great view, good hot breakfast. Incredible location, probably the best, courteous staff from gardeners to management. Just 15 min walk to downtown. Excellent wines, beers, and spirits in the outdoor bar.

Immaculate rooms with big beds, fantastic value. Favourable and beautiful location - near the bus station at the bottom to the top, and sorrento and the minibus exchanges.

I recently stayed at Maya Beach Resort for a week-long vacation and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is situated in a special and breathtaking location, with direct access to the pools and sea on the beach level. The courtesy bus provided by the hotel was extremely helpful and made it easy for me to explore Sorrento and its surrounding areas. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and had a beautiful balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. The pool, with its sea water, was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun, with excellent service provided for drinks and water.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at this resort and it was lovely! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We especially loved the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates left in our room. The views of the sea were stunning and the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns.

The shuttle service to and from the resort was unreliable and caused some frustration. the wifi was quite slow and inconsistent throughout our stay.

During my recent business trip to Massa Lubrense, my director chose Maya Beach Resort as our accommodations. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of recreational amenities offered at the hotel. The seasonal outdoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of work. I enjoyed taking a refreshing dip and lounging poolside, surrounded by the beautiful scenery. The pool provided a great opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation, ensuring a memorable stay at the Maya Beach Resort.

One minor downside I experienced during my stay at Maya Beach Resort was the lack of a free shuttle service as advertised.

This hotel is an amazing retreat for a luxurious getaway. The exclusive amenities provided here, such as the outdoor swimming pool, the jacuzzi, and the sun loungers, fulfilled all my needs. The garden area and beach access were the perfect spots to relax and unwind, while the restaurant and bar served delicious continental breakfast and snacks. I was impressed with how well-maintained the private facilities were, and the location advantages provided easy access to the nearby attractions.

The only minor issue I had was with the entertainment provided at this hotel. While the night club was good, the overall entertainment options could have been more diverse.
